To keep the space peaceful and respectful for every guest, please take a moment to read through the booking policies below. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will not incur a fee. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. • Select services require a non-refundable booking deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted or rescheduled to preserve the flow of the day and the experience of other guests.
